Our mission focuses on urban “gap” issues by creating projects that offer opportunities to young people that promote a future for a better life and a more opportunity and economic equality, such as a learning camps that teach hands-on construction skills to middle school students in the surrounding Chattanooga areas. Simply, we are here to empower urban youth toward lifelong personal growth with a sincere belief in themselves through experiential learning, mentoring, and life-skills training. We also assist parents of urban youth with financial assistance for pressing personal needs that are “stumbling blocks” for forward movement, such as providing work clothes, child care and transportation until newly employed workers can cover these expenses for themselves.
